- Payment / Auto-Pay: Your retainer is billed monthly on the date you enroll (same day each month).
- Minimum Term: Month-to-month (recommended 3-month commitment for best results).
- Cancellations: Must be submitted at least 7 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- Session Scheduling: Sessions are booked in advance based on availability.
- Reschedule Policy: 24-hour notice required to reschedule. Missed sessions may be forfeited.
- Hour Expiration: Included hours are valid for that billing month and do not roll over.
- Communication: WhatsApp is the primary support channel for check-ins and quick questions based on your tier.
